Avocado and Coconut Smoothie
This is a rich, creamy and nutritious smoothie, perfect for those days when you’re craving a major health kick.
½ tsp. matcha tea powder
1 small avocado
200ml coconut milk
In a mug, whisk the matcha tea powder (preferably using a matcha tea whisk for a lovely, frothy result) with a couple of tablespoons of boiling water. In a blender, mix the remaining ingredients. Pour into a glass and top up with the matcha tea. Drink and feel rejuvenated.
